Not surprised by this at all. I feel like I've been watching things I love get torn apart for years now. But this is a different level. Was also freaked out by Medusa! Such a creepy scene to see as a kid. Guess that's why it's stuck with me. Now I appreciate all the painstaking work that went into it. Had forgotten that nod in Monster's Inc. Haven't seen a good Pixar movie in years.

LOVE The Wolfman (Wolf Man?). Of course the other Lon Chaney is a fav too. Anything Harryhausen is well worth seeing imo, especially now that there's so much CGI/AI out there. Jason & the Argonauts has a great scene with Talos. Can see how creepy audiences at the time would have thought that...
