They launched 400+ missiles and one guided missile at a bus, but only killed the driver. The others injured many Israelis and killed one Palestinian Israeli. It would be enough for most any other country to declare war on the offending country, but because of the area they are in and who they are surrounded by, they can't do that without bringing all the other Arab countries, minus Egypt, down on their heads.

There were tunnels going from Gaza into Israel at one time. Jihadists used them to attack Israel. Israel found out about them and crossed the border with the IDF and erased them killing those around them who were using them. The Palestinians never thought about trying it again.
Palestinians were created by the Muslims when they attacked Israel saying they would drive them into the sea and kill them there. They warned Muslims to get out of the way. When they failed Israel didn't let them back in and the Muslim countries refused as well.
Muslims say the Koran was a document in heaven that the angel Gabriel spoke to Muhammad. They blind themselves to its flaws. The concept of abrogation is one of them. Later spoken verses replace earlier spoken ones. This in a perfect document kept in heaven. Muslims do not consider this. Another one is the mention of a city at a particular place. Archaeological digs at that site prove the Koran in error there.
In contrast the Bible cities mentioned have been excavated and found to be 100% accurate.
The Koran states the Torah, Psalms, and Gospels are from God but then has Jesus saying he is just a prophet. Both can't be true.

In point of fact there have been a remnent of Jews there all along. During WWII the British army took the area. They then were getting ready to leave at the same time holocaust survivers were flooding into the Israeli homeland of the Roman era. Rome dispersed the Jews and in 1947 the Jews reclaimed it back. There was war from the very beginning. The Muslim countries attacked saying they would drive them into the sea and kill them there. They warned Muslims in the area to leave, many did and became the homeless Palestinians after the Muslims failed to win. Israel refused to let them back in and the Muslim countries also refused. Now the Muslim communities are supplying the Palestinians the missiles and other weapons. This after attacking Israel several times and losing big time they then reverted to terrorism tactics. In the Koran there are verses where the Muslims will find the last Jew hiding behind a tree and kills him there. This is the reason Muslims hate the Jews. The Koran tells them to.
