Haha just to be silly I'm gonna say I would say that I wouldn't complain about the noise and then go someplace else :p
 
In a sense they are admitting liability to something? how did they sell this project before they built it?

Sounds like to me its a waiver once you sign on the dotted line, you will have no more complaint, well legally anyhow.

It doesn't completely cover the company. There are common law issues of good faith and understood risk.
 
I don't think they should take the money. I think they should all band together and do something about the noise, if possible.
