Took four grown men and a gun to take hold-up one 7-year-old-boy. Sad.

Thieves hold gun to 7-year-old’s head, steal his iPhone | WTVR.com

RICHMOND, Va. — A seven-year-old Richmond boy said he was the victim of an armed robbery after four men he didn’t know stole his iPhone.
It happened over the weekend in the 2000 block of Ruffin Road.
No one was hurt, but the child said the thieves held a gun to his head and ordered him to empty his pockets.

There are so many things wrong with this picture...

starting with....


1. People can afford guns but not iPhones.

2. People feel desperate to steal from 7 year olds

3. 7 year olds have iPhones

4. No one was around this kid

Very true, I was thinking the same. Excepting the people can afford guns but not iphones part. Iphones are pretty expensive, as where it is relatively cheap ($20-50) to purchase a gun off the street.

If iphones are so expensive, where on earth did this 7-yr-old get the $$$ for it?!! :O SMH..holding up a kid..this world is going straight to hell!! Just sayin'...
 
So typical of the Richmond I know having almost been mugged several times in that city.

Also, the observation on the street price of a gun makes me wonder what the street price of an iphone is.

Wonder if it was an iPhone 6 as they are quite hard to get...well unless you have £600 to splash out, or if you are in the US $600, as usual we in the UK get ripped off by the main mobile phone manufacturers ($600 as opposed to £600)! :confused:
