Hello Mods :)
Over the past couple weeks (and possibly even before I got here) I have seen the need that people wanted someone to talk to.. However, because the rooms are soo packed all the time and finding a place to talk to them because writing pm's can get a little.. u know.. So I was wondering if there could be a room to counsel others. The other rooms that have been used for this purpose is constantly interrupted and so the ministry of counseling has been pretty difficult.. Please let me know what you think. Thank u :)

That's a great idea, except there's one thing to consider....what if the room's full of those whom need the counseling? They all just pour their worries and all out there, and it seems to way upon them too much and could make them very depressed...or....if the same person or people are always the ones doing the counseling, it will eventually get them worn out as well.

So if you want to have a room like that, I'm all for it, but I think it's best to get with some members, and say okay, a certain day and time so and so can be there, and then change shifts or whatever. That way, everyone gets help, and also, they can help with specific and personal issues as well. I know from experience, if you don't understand something personally it's very hard to helps others, as you can't personally relate and all. Nor does that person feel that you understand, and while you mean well, the slightest thing can be said and come across wrong without being either persons fault.

Love the idea though, great one, just take precautions with this and all ideas. God bless!

that idea is really good..i too feel as tho that would b a nice thing,,and could somone please tell me wat a mod is im a little counfused on that

This is a good idea but there are some practical considerations here.......... anyway we'll consider this at a future date.

Im certainly game for it with all the previously posted things taken in consideration. In my opinion its a much better use of Bandwidth than the Challenged Room.
