3.) Marring one who is divorced.

4.) Voluntary sexual intercourse between a married person and a partner other than the lawful spouse; (sexual intercourse includes any sexual activities using the hand, mouth, penis, vulva, breast, buttocks, and yes even ones thoughts, if one allows him/herself to dwell on such things).
