ENDORPHINS IT IS. Yeah now that I know about that, I can keep my self high on them all day. Just exercise thru out the day. I can feel it when I do it, so I also feel it wear off. Because of how bad my health is right now, it only takes a little bit of work. I now feel motivated to get things done, like cutting the yard and cleaning the house. Which would give me some endorphin, is to see the house clean.

Just yesterday I was complaining saying, if only I had some opioids, but I know better than to do those, because I know it's not going to fix my problems. But now I can have it, endorphin. I feel it right now, I just cut some grass. Well over due cutting the yard.

Your weight went up, something you have to do in your diet, is it has to be a permanent lifestyle change.

Just remember calories is just energy, your body doesn't need any energy because you have 2 years worth of energy stored in the form of reserves (fats). But you do need vitamins, take a daily vitamin every day. At your weight, it's actually OK if you don't eat much.
You can eat some lean protein and that's it. If I were you I would eat like 1 boiled egg for lunch and 1 boiled egg for dinner and as much vegetables without dressing as your heart desires. Skip breakfast as in intermittent fasting, It's extreme but if you want extreme results I say try it. Keep a journal or just post your weight here for accountability.
