A self -righteous christian is one who lives by the law,therefore being under the curse of the law.These laws could not make man whole-heartedly do right. They could not keep the law. you break one ,the others were of no effect to the soul. The law was written to expose the sin of man,known as the law of sin. Spirit-filled people have that law written in their hearts,and that makes them do the right things, and obey God's word...It's called the Holy Spirit. Any one that lives under the law of Moses is cursed. We now live under the law of the Holy Spirit, the one that teaches us all thing. The law is not the ten commandments. it is many laws that was written for the Israelite in the wilderness, and these laws they had to follow daily, and of course they did not. That first law was the law about servants.,next the law about murder and strife, and many more thereafter.
