My divorce will be final in 4-6 weeks. While I'm happy that its finally coming to a close, I am certainly not happy that I'm losing my husband. This season is very difficult. Ive spent Christmas with my husbands family for 8 years, and I have no one to spend it with this year.
I find myself exhausted all the time which could be just health. But I also find it very difficult to get out of bed and be motivated to do anything. I feel very out of control...
 
Jordache, this IS a tough time. My divorce was final on December 13th, some years back. The Christmas a few days later was difficult and I just wanted it to be over. God let me know that Christmas is all about Christ and my focus on my sorrow was not what He wanted. I worked hard to change my focus and He blessed me with His peace. I remain at peace and I can now see His purpose for ALL things in my life, even the hardest to bear. I'm praying for you throughout this season!
 
wait for the lords help. be strong and brave, and wait for the lords help.Psalm27:14 I find rest in god; only he gives me hope Psalm62:5 this is a time of trails for you but maybe the lord wants you to draw nearer to him right now. But you certainly are not alone:)
 
Sounds heart breaking sis, que sera sera, at the end of the day God is in control, i just pray you get some nice and sweet company and that you are kept strong through this ordeal, hardships,thank God you are not going through it alone!
