I get that occasionally and assume it's a connection problem. Like how msn messenger sometimes randomly won't let you sign in for no good reason, or internet explorer keeps telling you "the webpage cannot be displayed." It usually helps to sign out from everywhere, close everything, disconnect from the internet, sometimes even reboot the computer and just start over.
