This past week I have suffered from an allergy to fennel weeds. I had a massive headache, sore throat, and a continuous nasal drip. In the past when I had an episode (usually honeysuckle blooms), I grab the saline and clean my sinuses and stay inside. It didn't work. Even a mask didn't help. The fennel weeds that my neighbor mowed down finally died and rain removed them from the air.

What is your go to treatment?

The netti pot. I know its gross but it's my go to for allergies. It takes about 24 hours to feel better though so maybe it's more of a preventative? Either way it helps me and it's natural. Used it while pregnant as a way to avoid medication. It helped so much I still use it.

Also clean my ears with water. I think that works well too.

Make sure you get distilled water. Very important. The condensation filters any bacteria you don't want in your body.
