Anxiety is bad and can be severe for some people. If any of yall have it we can always talk here and encourage each other. God Bless.

This is going to be an interesting discussion. I think it comes down to what comes first, the chicken or the egg?

When there is a malfunction in gland secretion of hormones, it can result in Anxiety, Panic attacks, and/or depression. Our emotions and thoughts of anxiety, panic, and/or depression affect the secretions of hormones.

Hey, Tim I'm always anxious about something, depressed. But recently I found hope in Christ feel free to message me we can talk more about this. Its definitely a big problem I have.
