Any advice for someone who has overindulged in pizza?

Hi all,
It's been 2 hours now and I feel nauseous and have headache from eating a double cheese pizza.(I struggle with a high triglyceride count - so maybe that has something to do with it.)I just drank green tea but am feeling no better...any idea what to do?

Mooky, here's what you do:

1.) Quit eating pizza!

2.) Try taking some Mylanta or Pepto-Bismol.

3.) Drink peppermint tea, it helps greatly with tummy troubles.

4.) Take some ibuprofen such as Advil or Aleve.

5.) If steps 1-4 fail, make yourself throw up. I know, gross and nasty, but necessary.

6.) Sip ginger ale or Sprite, and nibble on saltines.

Hope you start feeling better soon!! :)

In the 18 century, the French found an instant cure for a head cold. I imagine it works just as well for stomach sickness, but you might shy away after some cost-benefit analysis.

I hasten to add that it was an all-natural cure.
