Are Satan and his demons allowed to torment people in hell or the lake of fire

Or do they have restricted movement and are preoccupied totally by their own eternal torment? Are there people in hell and how do hell and the lake of fire differ? Can Satan or his demons roam freely and torment people in hell or the lake of fire, or does he have his own eternal punishment and cannot touch those also burning?

Hell was created for Satan to be tormented,
Hell wasn't created for humans/mortals.

Hell or the lake of fire whichever term you want to use is a separation from God. Since hell is a separation from God that's torment enough. So to answer your question I do not believe Satan or his demons torment anyone in hell. God allows Satan and his demons to roam the earth at this time but once the rapture happens Satan will have no more power and be in the same boat as everyone else in hell.

To answer another part of your question. Satan and his demons are too worried about getting people to turn from God on earth to even think about tormenting those already lost. The only torment in hell like I said is a separation from God.
