Here goes - The best baked spuds you will EVER taste, I garunteeeeee!
Ingredients:
1 large potato
1 carrot
1 red onion
1 clove of garlic
1 Capsicum
Sweet soy sauce
Grated cheese
Butter
Mayonaise
Salt n Pepper
Gourmet Lettuce
Meat - any type of meat fried, or some savoury mince.
Recipe:
1/ Place potato on a plate with a small amount of water and microwave for approx 8 mins to slighly soften.
Remove water from plate, coat potato generously in butter, and spinkle salt over it. (This makes it crisp up in the oven!)
Place potato in the oven at about 200 deg celcius (not sure farenhiet conversion) and bake until golden brown, crispy and test it is nice and soft inside with a fork.
2/ While potato is in oven prepare salads, dicing them into small peices.
3/ When potato is just about cooked, fry your chosen meat in small amount of oil, garlic, sal n pepper and a nice sweet soy sauce. Or cook mince how you like it.
4/ When potato is cooked through, take out of oven, place on plate, cut into 6 or 8 peices and apply small amount of butter to the peices. Add salt and pepper, and some mayonaise.
5/ Add grated cheese, diced carrot, capsicum, red onion and top with gourmet lettuce, using the amount of each you prefer.
6/ Top with warm fried TATSY meat!
Enjoy. I garuntee it will become a regular meal in your kitchen and your friends will look forward to it when you cook it!
Good thing with this recipe is you can use whatever salad you prefer same with the meat. Also try exchanging the mayo with different sauces or dijonaise.
