Off the roller because I don't care. Except you NEED to put it somewhere safe or else someone clumsy will bump it into the toilet... ewugh.
 
I don't care if the toilet paper is over or under, as long as it's there ;)
 
Funny how one post changes how people see things. :)
I didn't ever REALLY think about it until I read this post.... now I get totally annoyed when peopl put it under. Because I lik it OVER.
...
And honestly, I'm sorry for all the people who said "what toilet paper?"...
You guys, I'm gonna pray that you all get toilet paper... it's one of lifes tremendous luxuries
