Am sure many want to be used by GOD.
So we should work with GOD on removing the beams and motes in our eyes until HE sees us fit for HIS work.
Do you want to start and not finish? Do you want people to mock GOD?
Work with HIM on working in you. Till He sees you ready and done.
We see from the word, that JESUS GREW in favour before MAN and GOD, so we should as well TILL the day the LORD sees us ready. Can you give an adults job to a youth? or a youths job to a baby?
Ministry is not easy, many died in the OT and now in this era of Grace many have picked up curses and not blessings, starting their own ministries before the LORDs time, or WITHOUT the LORDS direction.
Pray and wait on the LORD, that even if you die having not started a ministry or stood on a pulpit to preach, you would make it to HEAVEN.
Because thats where the LORD starts, HE makes US heavenly material through our DAILY spending time with HIM before We can go out there into the world and shine. So at times the LORD can put you under the bed, stay there till HE says to you, come out!!.
We see that the disciples went through this process, and the end product was 5000 souls in a day.
stay calm, want the LORD to use you, let HIM first WORK in YOU, as HE does, HE saves you and those you pray for daily..
but ministry work is not JOKE or a walk in the park. Moses did not enter into canaan having spent about 40 years with a stubborn nation. thats how serious ministry is, where 40 years wont matter, the LORD will just hold that door into canaan and say you are not allowed to enter. ..
