Normally, I will purchase Redmond's Clay at the local health food store. However, it is $10 and there was one on sale for $5.

It turns out that the Life-flo Bentonite Clay that I purchased says "for external use only." Is this just a warning label so the company doesn't get sued, or is it literally for cleaning oily skin only?

I like to put it in water to detox my body, TIA

I just looked at the ingredients in each and the Redmonds clay has 100% redmond's clay. The life-flo has 100% Natural Sodium Bentonite Clay.
