Im sick with the flu so would like some of your best remedies. My stomach is very acidic right now and I did bow to the porcelain god during the night, so anything acidic is out.

I know it's not entirely natural, but Emergen-C always helps me lessen the length of a cold/or flu. Or you could just eat 12 oranges a day :)

Can't go wrong with some homemade chicken noodle soup and some ginger ale to help settle the stomach.
