We often hear about the difference between the glass half full and the glass half empty. The differnce is in ones perception. If you view all with a half glass empty, you drain 50 percent of your full potential in all that you see and lose out on gratitude and joy. Basically in a nutshell you carry with you half your weight on your shoulder! Draining.

A father bought a baseball bat and ball for his 6 year old son. Son was so thrilled. His dad said go practice in back yard and when I am done with chores I will come and play with you.
The boy throws ball up in the air and swings and misses. Does it again and misses. After about 8 throws and 8 missed swings , he starts to change from looking sad and fraustrated to being in awe and amazed.
He remebered his dad always sais see the positive always in something that seems negative.
His dad comes out and notices that the son has a hard time making contact with the ball.
He sees his dad and throws the ball up in the air.... he waits and swings and misses.
He turns to his dad and in excitement and exhuberation he says...."Wow dad what a pitcher i am!!!!
