Good greetings!🌺

Broccoli pie!

Puff pastry defrosted and layer on pie dish and penciled with beaten egg.

Put this in oven at 180 c til golden brown.

Meanwhile fry broccoli pieces with garlic and leek in some oil and season.

Whisp three eggs and I cup of cream and add all of this to the cooked pastry and put back in the oven for twenty minutes or so.

Enjoy!

I am not a huge fan of broccoli (it is okay), but that sounds interesting.
