By any chance do we ache for being member of Christ’s body?

  • “so we the many are one body in Christ, and each one members of one another.” (Romans 12.5).

This sounds like pleasant. Nonetheless, did you already mull over about how difficult is to hang on someone and to have people banking on us? ¨To be part of Jesus’ body implies:

  • To deny ourselves so that we can serve Jesus without any distraction (see 1Cor 7.32-35, chiefly, verse 35). After all, the success of Jesus’ mission in the life of many members is intimately bonded to Christ’s ministry in us. If we bungle it, they can be devoured by Ha-Satan (see 1Peter 1.8,9).
  • Patience, industriousness and forbearance. After all, our mission is directly linked with other believers in Christ and we can’t try to supply ourselves from antic resources (recall the strange fire of Leviticus 10.1 or when the Creator told of Adam in virtue of acquire ken apart from Him – Genesis 3.11).
So, are we ready and with alacrity to have communion with the brethren so as to demonstrate the same care for one another, so that, if one member suffers, we and all the members will suffer with it; if one member is honored, you and all the members will rejoice with it. (1Cor 12.25,26)?

If yes, congratulations. Have relish in Christ Jesus amidst this wonderful, holy and pure family.
