Same-sex marriage has been approved by the California courts for several days now. A CA judge has
stepped in and overturned the will of the people and is making CA voters prove they have the right
to enact a same sex marriage amendment.


This sets the standard that any judge can overturn any vote of the people if he doesn't like how
they voted.
