There are actually a lot of digital passport/health credential agendas going on in nations all over the Earth right now. Over 21 US states are working on a "vaccine passport" / health credential and many nations, including Sweden, Austria, and a whole host of others. Actually, according to this website, it appears that finding a country which does NOT use such a system for travel now is getting rarer and rarer:

For this reason, and for reasons of personal liberty, I am now (since the COVID plandemic) an anti-vaxxer and will not get any kind of vaccine or implant no matter what, even if they threaten me with death.

I would agree up to a point. Once it gets to the level of the government requiring an IMPLANT, and you have to be current on your government MANDATED "vaccines" then you've got to draw the line.
It will take some Godly discernment for people to recognize when the Mark of the Beast system is actually rolled out. Most will just excuse it away, "No, THIS isn't THAT, it's so convenient, blah blah"
