2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
¼ cup chopped onions (or onion salt)
1 pint sour cream
½ cup melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 oz. pkg cheddar cheese shredded

Thaw potatoes about 45 min before preparing.
Combine all in a 3 qt. (9x13) baking dish.
Bake for one hour at 350.

This is great for a church dinner, family reunion, a favorite of
all. Great as leftovers, if any left :)

*smiles at Missy :) My daughter and I have a renewed hobby interest of cooking....
so we are really enjoying trying out new recipes....my husband loves it lol. He
also enjoys cooking sometimes.
