God loves a cheerful giver. When its given out of love it will be blessed because it comes from the heart. Like the verses about the widows offering who gave all she had.

Mark 12:41-44 41 Jesus sat down opposite the place where the offerings were put and watched the crowd putting their money into the temple treasury. Many rich people threw in large amounts. 42 But a poor widow came and put in two very small copper coins,[a] worth only a fraction of a penny.[b]
43 Calling his disciples to him, Jesus said, “I tell you the truth, this poor widow has put more into the treasury than all the others. 44 They all gave out of their wealth; but she, out of her poverty, put in everything—all she had to live on.”

Exodus 25:2
(2) Speak unto the children of Israel, that they bring me an offering: of every man that giveth it willingly with his heart ye shall take my offering.
2 Corinthians 9:7
(7) Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.

People always thing of giving as tithe. There are so many ways we can give to God. Not just our 10% but our time! Help those who need help, volunteer at your church. The Widow gave all she had, do we??
