Cheesy Mostaccioli ingredients --
1 pkg mostaccioli pasta (16 oz)
1 1/2 - 2 lbs ground beef
1 jar spaghetti sauce (28 oz)
1 can cheddar cheese soup (11 oz)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
3 cups (12 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese, dividied
Preheat oven to 350; cook pasta according to package directions, drain in medium skillet, cook beef over med-high heat until browned, pour off drippings. Stir in spaghetti sauce, soup, pepper and seasoning.
In greased 4 qt. baking dish, combine pasta, sauce mixture and 2 cups of the cheese, Sprinkle 1 cup cheese on top. Bake 40 minutes or until heated through.
Yield: 10-12 serving. It makes a lot, but this dish is a favorite at our church...
