This situation highlights the issue of children, welfare abuse, and the non-winnable cycle of getting sluggards off of the system.

Children are the ultimate human shield.
No one wants to see an innocent child harmed.

Many adults can remain in the welfare system due to this dynamic.

Having a child is the ultimate trump card, to continue receiving funds, despite having no work ethic.

No one wants to withhold funds that will keep shelter, food, and clothing away from a child.
No one thinks taking a child away from their parent/parents, is the ideal.

With all of those realities in mind, is it impossible to break a cycle that allows a sluggard minded adult to remain "in the welfare system"?

Sure you can say no more funds, but if you do that, then the child loses food, shelter, and clothing.
Yes you could take the child, but then the child loses a parent.

Don't get me wrong, I know there are valid situations where people do NEED these forms of assistance. There are more who need the assistance, than those who abuse the system.

Regardless, there has to be a way to break the cycle of sluggards using children as human shields to continue in their own sluggardly state.

What is the solution?

IMO sterilization. I have felt for long time the women who are
having babies for the purpose of getting welfare checks, they
should be sterilized at 2 babies. However, cruel that sounds, the
child does not get loved, they are an asset.

wondered how she could give them the love and attention they
need. She is the "poster girl" for why sterilization should be done.

Heaven give these little ones a purpose in life, someone to love
and guide them and put them on the right path.

That's a really slippery slope. The eugenics movement proved that.

But rapist ... one asked to be castrated because he knew he would do it again.

The issue is about people living off welfare, and I got it off track, I am sorry.
I know it is not good and you see I said.... Oh, my gosh.. (to myself ) I sound

Actually I feel it is more humane to not allow a woman to have babies if
she makes a living from having them. What quality of life do these children
have. Not much. Where I live a lot are dependent on Gov't checks and it
is passed down from generation to generation... unless one decided they
want to make something of themselves.

lol yep it was another big liberal conspiracy. As a member of the liberals we do talk about this at meetings. Its normally inbetween our coffee break and tips on annoying conservatives.

This has been going on for many years. I will say first, the fact people needed
welfare checks when I was younger and from what I recall, it was disgraceful.
They were known as 'poor' or 'lazy'. I personally don't know what their reason
was. I came from middle class home with hard working parents and relatives.
It would have been disgraceful, not to work.

When people were on welfare back then, it was a program known as DPA.
Men went out and cleaned the hillside along highways. Picked up litter.
So in a sense they did work for it. Now take a drive into the Country and
we see overgrowth, and the men ? Home drinking their beer and letting
the ebt cards come in.

Then to my amazement the women began having babies to get extra
money from the government. I did not know that type thing existed until
just a few years ago.
** Off topic here, but we are seeing more child abuse and deaths in our
State that has ever been known about.** Another reason for not allowing
birth for women who are using the Government to live off.
It appears we don't even know the future as far as what it holds. We
could elaborate. Most won't agree .....Actually agreement means we

It is very hard to watch. I have an aunt that does this and her friends do it too. In the end we should remember that God has angels watching these children and He is in control.
I get SO angry at these women. I just wish that God would put a block on their wombs, just stop them from having children. My cousins are not happy nor cared for. One left but went back after falling back into a life of sin. He's only 13 and into drugs, sex, and alcohol. His mother never made them good meals and leaves them with strangers, some known for being violent and some known for being perverted. When ever these women are reported it NEVER GOES ANYWHERE. It is VERY frustrating.
But we have remind ourselves at the end of the day: God is the avenger.

Since this woman was impregnated by a non natural method I suggest that the doctors who did it should pay her support out of their pockets.

Oh the consequences of sin. Continue to deny God and reap the whirlwind.
