10 years ago, parents and would-be parents are carefully considering the health pros and cons of a simple medical/religious procedure that has been employed for millennia since bible times.
Less than a decade down the track, the (so-called) US president is brazenly legislating into law irreversible genital mutilation for mentally disturbed children.
Societal decay doesn't take long, once the basis for morality has been removed.
