Ooo, its just so soothing, calming, comforting to eat a warm, hot chicken soup on a cold winters day or if you are sick or down.
So here is a recepe for you that is very nice. (remember using memory here
)
Chicken filet, tumeric, currypowder, cream, onion, tomato, potato, tobasco, salt and pepper, corn from can, chicken stock
Put some butter/oil in a big saucepan and brown chopped onion and peeled diced potatoes (about 2 or more if you feel you want more) and garlic if you want also.
Add diced chicken filet you can cut with scissors into saucepan. add 2 teaspoons of tumeric and 3 teaspoons of currypowder (or feel your way with spices) stirr.
Add chicken stock (a mug or so) and let putter for a while, add cream whole bottle
Now in goes the can of sweet corn, few drops tabasco, salt and pepper
Now as the soup is finished and has cooked on low heat for a while assuring chicken is cooked through you will add diced tomatoes (one tomato should be enough)
Voila
Hope you will enjoy
