The importance of being confident.
being confident means you trust in yourself and what you have learned.
One of the many misconceptions among your people today is that confidence is a kin to things that cause behaviors people do not want to exhibit, therefore, you are told, to distrust yourself completely, even though you re the ones who decided to give what you gave a try, and from an unbiased standpoint, your core beliefs are very strong, pertient,and believable, and when I see them get attacked the moment they are mentioned, there's surely evidence, of what you believe to be correct.
Very few people start out from birth knowing what is correct and not correct, they are alive, and then they acquire it over time, if our lives were eternal, there would be forever for this process to occur, and there would be no stress on anything because you have a long time to learn. So of coarse pretty much all of you did things you were later told not to do, before you were told about what they were.
The reason you should have confidence, is because you did not walk away and go back to those things, you instead stayed and listened to see if you could find more. Not because you had to, but because you wanted to, being the kind of person who trusts in advice, and heeds it, appreciates the warning, and goes back to He who gave it to you for more.
You can use confidence in a way many can not use pride. Have you ever heard verses about granting you authority, like, "I grant you the authority to cast out demons" or "I give you the authority to do this," those are cup posed to be confidence filling statements, if you believe the speaker really is as powerful as you attest he is, and he gave you the authority to do certain things, does that not lead you to confidence, that it does not even become a question of asking someone for it to be done for you, or if your capable, you were given authority to do so.
If you have confidence going into the world, confidence in what you have learned, and confident in being the kind of person you are, you are more likely to trust in your beliefs, and when something or somebody comes along to make you question those beliefs, you can trust the source.
If you have confidence, if something tells you another story, you will have more strength to hold on to your faith, trust in it, and keep it when you are being told differently. You are less likely to buckle to the will of anyone, especially someone is not the kind of person to find what you found. You having confidence in your beliefs honors the one who gave you those beliefs, which is good for both of you because He is honored and you are favored for remembering to honor. Now, there is more reason for you not to fall victim to what the other person is doing, because you honored him, importance is now is what you did just going to go to waste, or are things going to go better for the person who remembered. You can deduce this situation even in the moment. Before even a single word is said.

There's misdescribed bible verses, people are told to give counceling, unable to discern from it pride. There's a lot of people who will tell you otherwise. Some of the verses that are misdescribed, are the ones that talk about humility, and ones who talk about how you should consider yourself compared to He that gave you these things to believe, that say you are nothing, low, thing compared to He that provided these things, but compared to some of the things you will see on Earth, you are not these things, to other living created beings you are a man, inherently more worth another being because you were created in He that decided to cause you's image, and on top of that, you are a man who chose to ask and listen, on top of that, you are a man who is striving to understand what you were told, and on top of that, you are someone who tries to strive by good values, so you have every reason to believe that you should be the one telling the other thing what's going on in most cases. The enemy wants to see your confidence fade, because you are striving for values given to you by him, your confidence fading means your confidence weaking in he that taught you, and he wants you to not have that. So you lose faith in what you were told, you lose favor for losing faith, and you become more vulnerable to his attacks, to make you question what you were told, lie to you, cause defilement to you, then pester you about it until become able to be gotten by more plans.
