Hello, I keep trying to log onto the chat application on my phone but it says "Check your wifi/data connection. Then try again."

My internet is working fine so I don't understand. The chat application works on my computer.

What kinda phone do you have you may need to uninstall the app then clean all the cache and saved data in te device and try again if it does not work it may not be too compatible. Its dependable on a few factors really.
