Restore To Me The Joy Of Your Salvation,
It is our Lord that sets us free from the bonds of sin.
Through our repentance and His forgiveness, we
grow in our love for Him and for the growth of our
holiness. We have all sinned, not one of us is pure
but we should not sit and wallow in past sins. Our
continual repentance (renewal) brings us to new
life. Once God has forgiven us from our sin, we are
reinstated again to our starting place. If we continue
to dwell on old sins, it means we have not allowed
ourselves to be forgiven by Him. That means that
we've allowed the evil one to take control of us and
not allowed God's power to come over us. Jesus
came to take our sin away. Let us forever trust in
Him and allow ourselves to live in His glory.
Hebrews 8: [SUP]14 [/SUP]How much more, then, will the blood of
Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself
unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from
acts that lead to death,[SUP][c][/SUP] so that we may serve the
living God!
