Quick-tempered people make bad decisions, however the person that is quietly sitting there and thinking on how to get even or get the upper hand on something is just plain evil.
A patient person uses his time praying and asking God, just how do I handle this situation, that person is very wise. He is letting God guide his steps and the out come will be Gods not mans.

17 A quick-tempered person does stupid things, but it is also true that people don’t like anyone who quietly plans evil.
