Dear Bro,
How have you been? Like really been, the challenges of life and all? I know some days it gets hard, scary even. Knowing you're a 'male child' and the responsibility that can be attached to that can be overwhelming sometimes.
In a world where sometimes integrity, sincerity and even hard work might not pay, and even when you know you're in the right, you still have nothing or little to show for it. The temptation might be there to see God as unfaithful, to take the easy path, to give in to those things that you once spoke and were against, to just give up being strong.
On those days when light seems to be a strange word, darkness seems to be closing in on you, on the days you're truly tired of fighting, on the days you're so tired of fighting temptations because life gives you the result of 'all for what?' and occurrences in your life are echoing the same words 'all for what?' I want you to remember dear bro that even in times like your Heavenly father has not forgotten about you.
Sometimes the Lord allows some occurrences in your life not because He doesn't care, but because the man He has in mind still has to become, and sometimes in trials, temptations, difficulties, and rhetorical questions lies the process of 'becoming'
Would it always be easy? No. Are there days you'll have questions without answers? Yes. Does it change the truth that God loves you and is good? No.
You've come too far to give in to defeat. You have God's word, the name of Jesus, the blood of Jesus, the blessings of being a son in the kingdom and you think the devil can triumph over you? Just like that? If that's what you've been thinking all this while, then the devil has been feeding you lies.
Get up from the dust, put on your shoes again, and begin the race on the road to destiny and fulfilling it. God has amazing amazing plans for your life and creation. Look closer, through the eyes of faith, allowing the Scriptures picture it, and you would agree with me that it is indeed a beautiful one.
You will triumph!
