I am so very grateful for this chat site and the answers and insights I've received since joining. Praise God, I thank you!

Now I need your help. Since losing my job in December I have managed to keep going financially, but barely. I'm running out of extensions and grace periods (no pun intended). God stepped in and my landlord allowed me to go 2 months without paying rent and then let me pay a little each week until I get caught up. (the secretary told me they NEVER do this. 1 week late and they start evictions, so I know it's God's blessing). But now I have a car payment due again (they also gave me a 2 month deferment, which ends this week). and utilities are coming due. I am working but it is a sales job and is not panning out as I had envisioned or as they had promised. I continue to pray for a financial way out of this, to get caught up and be able to sustain myself and my son.

I am looking for a more stable, consistent job while also trying to make the sales job what it should be, but would appreciate prayers. I keep asking God what He wants me to be doing but have not felt like I have any answers yet and of course I pray and pray and pray for His help and leading.

Believing God will answer your prayer. The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's children. Now if we are children, then we are heirs —- heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.

Nancyer, know that I have prayed for you. Remember, our awesome God cares for even the little birdies. So we are much more precious to Him :) Stay strong my sister.

Personalize this passage and believe in God's promises: Philippians 4:19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
 
Praise God, and thank you everyone for the prayers and comfort. I am staying content and in God's love knowing that He will provide. I have asked and will receive, according to His perfect will.
 
I'll also pray for you Nancyer and that you will soon obtain relief from your financial problems. Praying that Jesus will guide you to a better place and continue to move in people's hearts to help you.
 
Oh Jehovah God; I pray that you bless Nancyer's life with a stable job that Nancyer will enjoy doing. Jehovah; only you know why it is for the economy being in the state it is. Your word however says if we don't work we don't eat. In Jesus Christ Name I pray Amen
