Hi LivingDoll. Why are you feeling depressed? I was too. Theres usually a reason. I'v noticed people are these day's, Christians on other Forums too. I think it has something to do with the time we are in. I pray God may fill you with some joy from within your heart. Pray to God and tell Him how you feel. If you want to talk here talk away, no-one knows who you are and it helps.

You do not need to be depressed, the bible tells us in 1 Peter 5: 7 to cast all our cares and burdens on Him coz He cares for us, God loves us in such a way that He does not want us to suffer any unnecessary pain or hurt... Surrender your life to God and let Him have His perfect way in you and to take away all your depression... Whenever you feel depression proclaim with your voice that Gods joy will be manifest within you. Feel free to send me a message whenever you feel like talking... God bless

Dear Heavenly Father we pray for all those downtrodden and feeling hopelessness and despair in this corrupt and sinful world. Lord we come before your throne in humbleness of heart and brokeness of spirit for we know we are sinners and the only right we have is imputed upon us by the righteous blood of Your Son Jesus Christ and what He did on the cross. We are not worthy in our own right or works but we are made into heirs of the King and by Your Holy Spirit that lives in our hearts we call out Abba Father come and pour Your grace and mercy upon those truly seeking you Oh God. Pour your unconditional love and soften the hearts of the lost and uplift the hearts of the weary. Let them know they are not alone. Let them hear Your voice which speak of love and comfort. Let them know they are precious in your sight. that you have every hair on their head numbered and you collect their tears in a jar and upon resurrection of the saints you will personally wipe away the tears from every eye and we can sing with the angels "holy Holy HOLY God Almighty, WORTHY IS THE LAMB who takes away the sins of the world." Jesus we thank you and praise Your Holy name. In humbleness and joy we pray that you break the chains of darkness that bind your people and tear down the strongholds of lies and illusions that the enemy sets to ensnare us. Lord you came to set the captives free. free from the bonds of sin, free from the bonds of self hatred, free from judgment free to love you with our whole heart and free to show that love to all around us. Lord we praise you and Your work on the cross which disarmed and defeated all the powers of darkness. We walk in Your light and go forth into the world with Your peace and love. In Jesus Holy name we offer our thanks, Amen.

I understand where you are. It is a journey to come through. Remembering that this is just right now, and not forever, helped me. I have pages of encouraging scripture I looked up, and read and pray every day. Scripture starts to change how your mind thinks and what you focus on. You need encouraging compassionate people around you. Good counseling may help if you really need it. Something I prayed was...God I open the door of my heart to You to heal the place where my depression is. Your word says in Psalm 103:3 that You turn my darkness to light, and NOTHING can stand against Your word. NO depression can stand against YOUR ability to heal it.
Precious Loving Father, Please lift livingdoll out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire, and set her feet on a rock and give her a firm place to stand. Put a new song in her mouth, a hym of praise to You, God. Psalm 40:1
Anyone can get depressed. Billy Graham's pastor has written a book on his journey he went through with depression, I can't remember the titile. Be gentle with yourself. Speak encouraging words to yourself. David encourages himself in Psalm 42:5 where he talks about his soul being downcast and disturbed within Him....because he remembers he will yet praise Him again. He is remembering that this is just right now, not forever, and it WILL get better. It will!!
Personalizing scripture also helped me....God You are so great Ps 145:3....You hear livingdolls desire when she is afflicted; You encourage her and listen to her cry. Ps 10:17.......Nothing can be compared to the greatness of knowing You. Phil 3:8........You lavish Your love on livingdoll just so she could be called Yours. 1John 3:1.... You lift up livingdolls head Ps 3:3. And He WILL lift up your head!!
Lord I ask that You send ministering angels to livingdoll just like you did for Elijah when he felt he had enough, to replenish her, because of Your mercy and grace You offer to her when we come to You with her needs according to your word in Hebrews 4:6.
God Bless You livingdoll, my heart and prayers are with you. May God surround you with His angels and His love, and may He turn your darkness to light. HIS LIGHT CAN OVERPOWER ANY DARKNESS!!
