hi everyone..
quick question...those depression test that you take online right,if 4out of 5 say you have mild depression is it normal?..should such a person consult a doctor?
i personally think they are not really accurate..

It's hard to say since I don't know what the test asked you. It can't hurt to go see a counselor, especially a Christian counselor. I think the rule of thumb is if you've been experiencing symptoms for 2 or more weeks you should seek professional help. That's not hard and fast of course, everyone is different.

If the symptoms are affecting your everyday life, you should see someone. If not, then it's up to you. Either way, many people benefit from seeing therapists.
