I have talked about this before, but I learn a lot from this. The other day we had a DM (District Manager)visit. And when I had overheard a conversation between two of my bosses, I heard that the DM was not pleased at all with how they responded to him. He came in, and as always my bosses scurry around when they hear he is coming, as he is a very tough one to please.

The issue was that they did not acknowledge his arrival when he came. And I am sure this is what happens: When he comes they go the other way. But many times they have a heads up about when he is coming. He actually spoke to me once and gave me a responsibility, that when he comes back he wants me to have done.

Honestly, if I did not have a heads up, and someone had not helped me out with it, I would not have been ready.

When the day of the Lord comes in which he will judge the world in righteousness, there will be no heads up. We have to always be ready. And not only ready, but ready with confidence. And we loose confidence when we know there is something we don't have together. And condemnation is in our heart, and the Lord will not neglect anything. People miss things, but God misses NOTHING. It was written that he will thoroughly purge his floor. Thoroughly!!

But the ministers should always be prepared to acknowledge the presence of the Lord, which presence they run away from when it is that they have condemnation in them. WOW!! This reminds me of Adam in the garden. When the Lord came Adam ran because he had condemnation in him. The Lord simply said, ''Adam where are you,'' and then the condemnation came out of his mouth.

It was the same with Cain. The Lord said, ''Where is your brother Abel,'' And the condemnation came out of Cain. When a person is guilty the nerves are not in order and they are more unstable. They are paranoid with fear and condemnation. So then they would lie or kill for the sake of the rest of their consciences. But there is no rest so long as condemnation remains in them. Neither is there rest to those whose sins have not been forgiven.

Repent of sin and fall at the feet of Jesus for mercy.

May Jesus bless you
