superstition is of the devil. The only supernatural being you should have communication with is the Father, through Jesus Christ by the Holy Spirit. Having conversation or contact with other spiritual beings is very dangerous and deceiving. Remember lucifer sometimes disguises himself as an angel of light, so don't be deceived and believe in superstitions or do any kind of spiritual ritual. Outside of the blood of Christ is only the demonic world.

I appreciate your response but I havent seen anything directly besides the numbers, its so weird, i have no idea why i constantly see them
All I can say is there's a spiritual realm happening behind our realm. I have seen this in people, that when they are seeking superstitious things a lot of weird things happen to them.
All I can say is this:
1.Don't lead yourself into mantra meditation/yoga
2.Don't ever use witchcraft or ouija board
3.Don't ever try to converse with other spirits
4.Don't believe in fables based on superstition.
5.Don't lead your life based on your feelings
I give you this advice in love and in caring. Because I know that the consequence of practicing these things is destructive to anyone.
Instead lead your life by God's word, He said men shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.
All I can say is this:

Im not doing any of those things and I see nothing wrong with yoga, plus Im not seeking anything I just see these numbers

You're referring to a form of numerology.. which is occult. Pure & simple. Also, Doreen Virtue is not a Christian. She is a new ager. New age belief is also founded in the occult. The bible makes it very clear you are to stay away from all forms of occult behavior. Fortune telling, astrology signs, palm reading, divination, numerology, etc.
Also, many people who will teach yoga will also teach the eastern philosophies to go with it. I think its possible to readjust yoga to be safe, but if you're going to go through one with emphasis on eastern philosophies that could be a problem.
