Yes, I believe God does know who will go to Hell before the foundation of the world.
I also know that none of us deserves to be in Heaven.
But by His grace He unconditionally elects (yes, I'm using the big "U" ) some out of this world to be saved.
Now, I would give you a list of passages to support my claim. But I believe that, although theology is important, these aren't matters to be focusing on as much now. We should be focusing more on our relationship with Christ, focusing on abiding in Him so that He may bear fruit through us.
So instead, I'll say that we should make the best use of the time we have now on earth (which is not to quibble about how God elects and who), because the days we are living in are evil. We need to be lights in the world to those who live in the light, and to those who have not seen the light and embraced the Life, which is Christ.
Grace and Love
(As an ending thought...Jesus never did say the way to Life was wide, did He?)
