The courts, our Oligarchy, are responsible for the mass baby-murder by abortion in this country, as also for sodomy being legal & Voter ID laws nullfied. The people did not vote these things. And the Courts, especially the SCOTUS, continue legislating from the bench on such topics-- and any other which they choose to legislate on. We need to restore the Republic & overthrow this Oligarchy of unelected judges/justices (practically unremovable from office).
Judicial Reform:
1) 10 year term limits on all judges,
2) recall elections upon demand by either House of Congress by simple majority vote,
3) no more than 4 of 9 SCOTUS justices may be lawyers,
4) If both houses agree by majority vote that some judge/justice has Legislated from then Bench, then at once the decision is vacated & the offending judge/justice(s) are put up for recall election,
5) No court but the SCOTUS shud be able to declare that a (Republic voted) law is unconsitutional. And no such declaration by the SCOTUS shall be valid unless it is ratified by normal (Congress/Pres) process or by a plebiscite,
6) No filibuster allowed on judicial appointments, up vs down vote required in 30 days of appointment,
7) Congress may not delegate legislative power -- all agency regulations must be approved by normal legislative process,
8) No royal decree laws allowed; executive orders should only be permitted for matters like who makes the coffee & who gets the parking places in the executive branch.
However, so long as in this age the real problem is sinful human nature (Romans 1-3), we may not expect a non-corrupt govt. Daniel 4, especially vs 4:17 explains it all really.
