Most majority Muslim nations make it illegal to preach the gospel. In most Muslim nations, converting is punishable by death. At the same time, many Muslims are utterly disillusioned with Islam. How can they hear the gospel?
There have been many reports over the last couple of years of Muslims seeing Jesus in dreams. Recently, there was a report of an Iranian officer who imprisoned Christians seeing Jesus in his dream. That man sought out some of the people he sent to prison. They led him to Jesus.
Remember that Muslims do not have the Bible. It's illegal in Iran. It will land you in prison. So this is not some kind of subconscious bible knowledge surfacing in a dream. And for sure the devil is not going to point Muslims to Jesus!
Having a dream is not salvation. However, those who see Jesus in their dreams are those that God knows will accept Jesus. Evil men may try to block the gospel. They cannot block God.
