The angels have the ability to travel from heaven to earth and visa-versa . Not only that a lot of time has passed. This would be hard to understand if you're not familiar with the 3 ages taught by God and Christ. One place to start your study Jeremiah 4 : 19-. and 2nd Peter chapter 3.
The Bible dose not mention aliens....
The angels have free reign to do what they wanted . Those structures are not new, they are way old I'm sure, they made many things.
We are made in their image to looks like they do. We have done some space travel our selves as people. And have made many things in space. It follows simple logic that they would be able to do the same, and more then us.
2nd Kings chapter 2 :
[10] And he said, Thou hast asked a hard thing: nevertheless, if thou see me when I am taken from thee, it shall be so unto thee; but if not, it shall not be so.
[11] And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.
[12] And Elisha saw it, and he cried, My father, my father, the chariot of Israel, and the horsemen thereof. And he saw him no more: and he took hold of his own clothes, and rent them in two pieces.
2nd Kings 6:
15 And when the servant of the man of God was risen early, and gone forth, behold, an host compassed the city both with horses and chariots. And his servant said unto him, Alas, my master! how shall we do?
16 And he answered, Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them.
17 And Elisha prayed, and said, Lord, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the Lord opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha...
Zechariah 6 You read here that these are sent from God Himself.
