The Gospel of Jesus Christ should be simple, and it is simple to those who hear it with a pure heart, because to them all things are pure. There is a separation between the two groups of men. I want to tell you this so that you can see the situation, and so that we can know the fullness of the hope that is within us. This should be for edification. First, all glory is the Lord's!! He gets all honor for everything done in him. He gets all praise for his mercy and grace and truth. I hope you hear this with humble hearts:
No one who will be saved, will have been saved by any deeds. The heart of men from birth is evil, so that none can be justified by his own works, since his works are not good enough to bring salvation to his house. So we needed mercy, a pardoning of our sins, and we needed a new teacher to help us to understand the way of righteousness. The Lord first deals with our heart and convicts us of sin, showing us that we need a Savior, and then we see the beauty of salvation in Jesus Christ, in that though we were full of sin he died for us. This begins the the transformation into the new creature. In fact, he gives us that new nature by his Spirit. And then we see the better way, and we learn why things are so messed up in the world. And we want to be like Jesus, who is righteous and holy. And the Holy Spirit teaches us the Way of Truth. And he makes us to know what is right and what is wrong.
But in this present state, many people have ignored that conviction. They ignore the Spirit when he speaks of righteousness and judgement. They want to pervert grace then. So they keep saying, ''We are saved by grace and the righteousness of Jesus, yet they say this to permit themselves to continue in the old ways.'' This is how a murder might say he is a sinner saved by grace, yet he still murders.'' Or it is like a rapist saying he is a sinner saved by grace but he still rapes. It is like a liar saying he is a sinner saved by grace yet he is full of lies. If these people had known the TRUTH of the gospel, and had truly repented they would know that although the Lord had mercy on them for their former trespasses, it was NOT a ticket to continue in sin. So they go on to teach unrighteousness, permission to sin because of the death of Jesus.
I see even more now how the perversion continues in that people say that homosexuals can also be Christians. In that case all murders, liars, and thieves will also make it to heaven. But Satan is the father of lies, the deceiver of the world, I would not have thought these lies would have made it so deep into the Church. But those who belong in the body will remain, and those who were destined for hell will go out.
So when we first were forgiven we were taught what is good and what is right, therefore NO ONE WILL HAVE ANY EXCUSE!!
This is to those of you who say you are saved but you do not SHOW the WORKS OF SALVATION. Which is done in the heart of the believer unto repentance from dead works. So that they continue to do the things which are not convenient.
Now I see that deception again:
Ps 106:3 Blessed are they that keep judgment, and he that doeth righteousness at all times.
AND:
Ezek 18:24 ¶But when the righteous turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and doeth according to all the abominations that the wicked man doeth, shall he live? All his righteousness that he hath done shall not be mentioned: in his trespass that he hath trespassed, and in his sin that he hath sinned, in them shall he die.
AND:
16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse

1John 2:28 And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.
