Washington DC had an audit made of the salmon in the US, my son in law was part of that thorough investigation. He found that because of dams and many other factors, the decline of wild salmon is very serious. Wild salmon populations decline every year. When we have farmed salmon, at least we can be sure to have salmon.

It is a problem with all our foods, because of the population growth in the world we are producing food that is not according to how God planned it, and if we limit our diet to proteins that are produced according to God's plan, the cost of the food goes way, way up. We know eggs in sort of egg factories are bad for our health, and so is the chicken we buy from those factories. I found a farm that would raise a chicken for me in the natural way. First, I had to buy the fertilized egg, hire them to have it hatched and raised, then pay them to kill and clean the chicken. Beef, raised naturally is tough and expensive. It is the same with turkeys.
