P
Fear and faith two brothers.
Two brothers both know there Bibles and yet they have two different doctrines.
Both brothers know this verse
Colossians 3:6 For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:
The pre-tribulation believing Christian says.
1 Thessalonians 5:9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, so we cannot be going through the tribulation For God hath not appointed us to wrath.
The post-tribulation believing Christian says.
1 Thessalonians 5:9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath. For God can protect us through the wrath, like he did with Moses and the Plagues of Egypt, if we are obedient.
Two very different statements, from two Christian brothers.
The post-tribulation believing Christians statement is full of faith obedience, and giving glory to God and his power, and the Love of God to his children.
The pre-tribulation believing Christians statement is full fear and a lack of faith and disobedience and gives God no glory. For he thinks the wrath of God is going to come upon him, if he goes through the tribulation.
Maybe he knows he is being disobedient in his heart and fears the wrath is going to come upon him.
Colossians 3:6 For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:
It does take a genius to know which doctrine is of the Lord.
John16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, [that] shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
