Remember Revelation 19:12

Why do you think Jesus' eyes were like fire or on fire? What comes to mind?

The first thing that came to my mind is as you have illustrated. the second thing that came to my mind was maybe if one looked in His eyes, it would be as if there is fire coz of all the glory.

I was thinking that fire is a purifying element, burning away the dross. When we look into Christ's eyes, we will see only the Truth about Him and ourselves.
