So here is the deal. This is something I've had to come to terms with myself. I've asked many of those same questions. Like, how could adam be held responsible for disobeying God if he didn't know the difference of good and evil, right or wrong? How could a perfect God who knew everything throughout eternity still create Satan? Why does God quicken some hearts to come to Him and not others?
you know what I came up with? FIRST AND FOREMOST- GOD is WAYYY beyond our understanding. " He is that corner stone that if you fall on you will be broken, but on whom it falls will be grinded to dust."
Don't even try to reason yourself on it because you nor I know all of the facts behind the curtain. I know that Jesus dwells outside of the realm of space and time, just like the Father. I know He has the keys to Hell, I know that EVERY knee shall bow EVERY toungue shall confess. Who am I to say who will be saved? who am I to say who will go to hell? would you tell the CEO how to run his company?
something else you may want to consider is this. Whether you believe in Him or not. He's real. The evidence is prevalent.
Whether you can rationally understand the whole picture or not, GOD still exists, His words still exist. AND the evidence is prevalent.
I myself have an advantage for faith. This advantage is also a major disadvantage. Look at the world, what do you see? I see a whole lot of people who choose what they WANT to believe based on what suits their life. I look around at them dumbfounded "WHERE WAS THAT OPTION?!"
I am not a christian because I choose to be!! I know Jesus is Christ and the Son of GOD because of what I've witnessed! not even regarding the evidence I have found since then. There could be NOO evidence and I WILL NOT GET TO STAND BEFORE GOD AND SAY I DIDN'T KNOW.
The advantage is that I get to know for a certainty. The disadvantage is I am held WAY ACCOUNTABLE. You spoke truth when you said nobody could know where you were coming from without walking in your shoes. Just as you cannot know where we come from without walking in our shoes. "we can talk about it" I WOULD LOVE TO TALK ABOUT IT
trust me. There is nothing else I am here on this planet to do, but to take that time to talk to you about it. It would be a sin, for me to turn around and busy myself with something else.
