Well I actually got that A says this B says that, etc. from some online dictionary, so I don't get it. Do different dictionaries define it differently?

Oh, you mean the opponent says "my opponents opinion is blah blah..." to misrepresent his or her opponent's position so it looks bad so he or she can easily knock it down. That makes sense.
 
The only stone monument Atheism should ever erect is a tombstone with the following inscription...

"Here Lies An Atheist"

I wasn't meant to exist.
